HOW TO ORDER

1. Sumbit your Name, Email Add, Mailing Add, Items' Name & Colour and choose Normal or Registered Postage in the Order Form.

2. Remember to indicate the item's colour if more than one colour is available.

3. We will send an invoice to your email within 24 hours.

4. Pls make payment within 24 hours, preferably thru Ibanking Fund Transfer.

5. Presently, we only accept POSB/DBS ibanking transfer.

6. For ATM Fund Transfer buyers, a clear snapshot of your receipt is to be attached to the email. Scanned version of your receipt is not accepted, due to prevention of fraud. We apologise to the inconveniences.

7. After payment has been transferred, pls forward the email to us, indicating your IB nick and IB transaction reference no.

8. After we have received your reply and verified your payment, parcels will be sent out within 48 hours.

9. Do allow 02 to 05 working days for the parcel to reach you, as SingPost implements 05 days mail collection & delivery service wef 15 may 2010.

2. All prices are non-negotiable.
3. All postage charges are not waivable nor negotiable, unless otherwise stated.
4. All measurements & colours are stated clearly, enquiries regarding to sizes & shades will not be replied.
5. Unsincere buyers who back out from the deal & dead buyers who did not transfer payment promptly will be backlisted.
6. All items will be checked for defects before mailing. All parcels are properly packed & sealed, with our return mailing address indicated. We are not liable for any parcels lost or damaged during the mailing transmission.
7. Hence, all items are non-exchangeable nor refundable.
8. URBANALISED reserves the right to amend the "Terms & Conditions" at any time.
